Meet The Real Magnolias!
Recently I was just invited to be in "The Real Magnolias". The Real Magnolias is a group of women who get together and share food, fun, and laughs. The Group was started by Eva who works next to me at the salon. I just love these ladies and we really get laughing when we are together. Don't be fooled by the sweet innocence of their ages (our group is from 30-90 yrs of age), they can banter with the best of them....If you have ever been to the salon on a Wednesday afternoon (a good portion of them come in every Wednesday afternoon) then you will know what I am talking about. We are loud and have a great time telling stories, jokes, and sharing Coke-a-Colas! (Bev brings Cokes for everyone every week!) Once a month we get together for dinner. Here are a few pics of The Real Magnolias!

Fun Times, Good People, Lots of Laughs
Just a little update.....
Since I have been sick and Carol has been sick, I haven't seen Bostyn in forever and I miss her bad... :(

Last week Robb's business partner Chad and his wife Lisa invited me to have dinner with them and Robb. Here is a picture of Robb being silly. I know some people don't believe us and most people don't understand us--but really we are just friends. We both feel very fortunate that we still get along. We have been apart for almost two years now, can you believe it? I feel so lucky that he and I can still maintain frienship. And NO we aren't still stuck on each other and NO we aren't getting back together.

Lately, I have been spending Sunday nights with the singles crowd and we always have a blast. Here is a pic from yesterday.

Bowling in the middle of the night with the singles crowd. I thought I had a lot of energy, I am put to shame in the energy department compared to these people...little party animals, I don't think they ever sleep.

Rocks and Ladybugs
Today I went climbing with some friends. I love climbing, I love the challenge and I love the feeling of a successful climb. I am getting sad because as the weather turns colder and as soon as the snow begins to fall it's game over until spring. Today was fun because for whatever reason there were a million ladybugs all over. I hate bugs, but for some reason ladybugs don't bother me at all. Here are a few pictures from today. There are none of me, but there are a few good ones of my climbing coaches and of course a few of the ladybugs.... Did I mention that I LOVE Provo Canyon? I love Provo Canyon and appreciate what it has to offer, I feel so blessed to live so close.

Let's Hear it for Single Dads!!!
This blog post is dedicated to all my single Dad friends who love and care for their kids!! I am so proud to call these men my friends!! They are wonderful Dads and definitely put their kids above and beyond anything else in their lives. After a recent conversation with a single mom friend and hearing about her problems with her baby daddy, I was thinking about these men and how they truly are great Dads and great men who would never put anything else above their kids. We need more men like you in this world. (Funny thing is...I don't think any of them even know I have a blog and probably will never even know I posted this, lol) So this blog post is dedicated to them anyway! Below I am posting just a couple of pictures, but these are not all of the great Dads I know, I am lucky to know a bunch of them.

Please Forgive My Crazy Life!
I haven't been posting my picture a day due to my trip to California. Sadly, my Uncle passed away and I have been here doing memorial type things with the family. I wish I had a picture of my uncle that I could post on here, but I don't have any that are in digial form yet. While here in California, I also visited Grandpa Powell, spent time with my brothers, and had a lunch shopping date with my Aunt Renee. Overall, it has been a nice trip home but I am looking forward to returning to Utah tomorrow. Here are few pics.....
